Rockpoint Haven is aptly named for its unique location on a private point of Canadian granite, just steps away from the water. This picturesque cottage boasts a large wraparound deck that provides a 180-degree panoramic view of Lake Nipissing. Facing west, it is the perfect spot to witness stunning sunsets and feel cool lake breezes. The waterfront is pristine with a gently sloping shoreline that makes it ideal for swimming and relaxing by the water. A private dock with electrical hookup for boat charging is also included. The interior of Rockpoint Haven is equally impressive. Its beautiful open concept kitchen and living room, along with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, offer comfortable accommodations for up to seven guests. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active outdoor adventure, Rockpoint Haven provides a perfect setting for both.

2. Select available dates (note: 33% discount for Sat to Sat 1 week bookings)
3. Enter contact information, credit card info and submit payment
*A 25% deposit will be applied to your credit card instantly and the
remaining balance will be applied to the same card one day prior to your booking

Booking and Cancellation

A 25% deposit is required via credit card at the time of booking and the remaining 75% will charged to the same card automatically 30 days prior to arrival. If you wish to pay the remaining balance sooner or with a different payment method, this can be done via your guest portal (link will be sent to you upon booking)

Guest Responsibilities

Check-in is at 3 PM & Checkout is at 10 AM

Guests are responsible for all damages to cottages, property and boats during their stay. Additional charges will be applied to guests credit card in the event that damages occur.

Guests are expected to leave their cottage reasonably tidy at the time of checkout (cleaning supplies are provided in each cottage). a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who's cottages are left unreasonably untidy at checkout.
